改良中药保留灌肠法对慢性盆腔炎治疗效果分析

Effect of Improved Traditional Chinese Medicine Retention Enema Method for the Treatment of Chronic Pelvic Inflammation

目的探讨改良中药保留灌肠法对慢性盆腔炎的治疗效果。方法抽取我院收治的86例慢性盆腔炎患者,按照就诊顺序单双号分为研究组(n=43)与参照组(n=43),参照组予以传统中药保留灌肠法治疗,研究组予以改良中药保留灌肠法治疗。结果研究组患者的治疗总有效率显著高于参照组,研究组药液在肠内停留时间对比参照组更持久,均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论改良中药保留灌肠法治疗慢性盆腔炎效果显著,可延长药液在肠内的停留时间,提高临床疗效,具有较高的应用价值。

Objective To study the effect of improved traditional Chinese medicine retention enema method for the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods 86 cases of patients with chronic pelvic inlfammatory disease were selected in our hospital, according to the order, the patients were divided into the research group （n=43） and the control group （n=43）, the control group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine retention enema method, the research group was treated with improved traditional Chinese medicine retention enema method.Results The total effective rate of the research group was significantly higher than that of control group, the solution residence time in the intestines of the research group was longer than that of the control group, there were signiifcant difference between two groups （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The effect of improved traditional Chinese medicine retention enema method for the treatment of chronic pelvic inlfammatory disease is better, can prolong the retention period of solution in the intestine, improve clinical curative effect, and has higher application value.
