自拟益气通脉汤在冠心病心力衰竭治疗中的疗效观察

The Curative Effect of Yiqi Tongmai Decoction in the Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease and Heart Failure

目的 分析自拟益气通脉汤在冠心病心力衰竭治疗中的疗效。方法 研究对象选取本院2014年11月~2015年10月收治的86例冠心病心力衰竭患者,通过电脑随机的方式分为研究组与参比组各43例。参比组患者应用常规西药手段进行治疗,研究组患者在此基础上应用自拟益气通脉汤进行治疗。两组均以8周作为1个疗程,对比治疗前后的心功能状况及相关指标。结果 研究组患者的心功能改善结果、6min步行距离,对比参比组差异结果具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;研究组患者的左室射血分数水平明显下降,对比参比组差异同样显著（P〈0.05）。结论 自拟益气通脉汤在冠心病心力衰竭治疗中具有较高的价值,值得推广。

Objective To analyze self Yiqi Tongmai decoction efifcacy in the treatment of coronary heart.Methods The subjects selected hospital from November 2014 to October 2015 were treated 86 cases of patients with coronary heart disease, and through the computer randomly divided into study group and the reference group of 43 patients. The reference group of patients treated with conventional medicine means, the study group patients on the basis of applications from Yiqi Tongmai decoction for treatment. Both groups eight weeks as a course of treatment, compared to cardiac function and related indicators before and after treatment.Results The study group of patients with cardiac function improved results, 6min walking distance, compared to the reference group differences in the results were statistically signiifcant （P〈0.05）; LVEF level of study group was signiifcantly decreased, compared to the reference group of the same significantly （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Yiqi Tongmai decoction has a high value in the treatment of heart failure, coronary artery disease, is worth promoting.
