中医针灸结合西药治疗神经痛的临床效果探讨

Clinical Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Acupuncture Combined with Western Medicine in the Treatment of Neuralgia

目的 研究分析神经痛患者接受中医针灸和西医治疗联合治疗的效果。方法 根据2012年8月~2013年3月我院114例神经痛患者来进行研究分析,将这些患者分成观察组和对照组,均有57例,对照组使用西药治疗,观察组使用西药和中医针灸治疗,对两组的临床效果进行比较分析。结果 观察组的临床治疗有效率是96.5%,对照组的临床治疗有效率是78.9%,两组的临床治疗有效率对比具有统计学差异（P〈0.05）。结论 神经痛患者使用中医针灸结合西医治疗的操作简单,费用低廉,患者的接受度比较高,耐受性好,治疗效果比较优秀,在临床中具有非常重要的作用,应该推广使用。

Objective To study the effect of TCM acupuncture combined with western medicine on patients with neuralgia.Methods 114 cases of neuralgia patients in our hospital from August 2012 to March 2013 were selected from research and analysis, these patients were divided into observation group and control group, all 57 cases in each group, control group used western medicine treatment, observation group used Western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture treatment, the clinical efficacy of the two groups was comparative analyzed.Results The clinical effective rate of observation group was 96.5%, the control group was 78.9%, two groups of clinical treatment effective rate compared with statistical difference （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Patients with neuropathic pain using acupuncture combined with western medicine treatment, the operation is simple, cost is low, patient acceptance is relatively high, well tolerated, treatment effect is more outstanding, in clinical practice has a very important role, it should be popularized.
