基层医院高血压教育现状调查分析

A Cross-section Study on the Education of Hypertension in Basic Hospital

目的调查分析本地基层医院高血压教育现状,为大力推广《中国高血压患者教育指南》和我区高血压病防治提供有益的参考价值。方法将高血压教育参与者、健康教育形式、方法、措施、内容、效果及评价等情况进行问卷调查,并详细整理5年间的高血压健康教育工作日志登记,进行数据处理汇总,重点分析存在的问题。结果高血压教育的参与度低和参与者少;健康教育形式单调;没有统一的高血压教育教材范本,宣传资料少;高血压患者自我管理差。结论基层高血压患者教育中尚存在很多不足,其原因是多方面的,对照《中国高血压患者教育指南》,缩小差距还有大量工作要做。

Objective To investigate the education of hypertension in the local basic hospital, and to provide a useful reference value for promoting the “China Hypertension Patients Education Guide” and the treatment of hypertension.Methods A questionnaire survey was performed on the participants in the education of hypertension, and the forms, methods, measures, content, effect and evaluation of the health education. In addition, health education logs of hypertension among 5 years were collected in detail. The data was processed, and the existing problems were mostly analyzed.ResultsThe participation of hypertension education was low, and the participants were few. The form of health education was monotonous. There was no uniform education textbook and enough publicity materials. Besides, the self-management of hypertension patients was poor. Conclusion There were still a lot of problems in the education of basic-level hypertension patients, and the reasons were various. According to the “China Hypertension Patients Education Guide”, there was a lot of work to do to narrow the gap.
