探讨脑梗死康复期患者的临床护理方法及护理效果

The Clinical Nursing Methods and Nursing Effect of Patients with Cerebral Infarction in Rehabilitation Period

目的探讨脑梗死康复期患者的临床护理方法和护理效果。方法以46例脑梗死患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组行临床护理,2个月后,将两组的焦虑(SAS)评分、护理满意度、抑郁(SDS)评分进行比较。结果观察组的SAS、SDS评分均比对照组低,护理满意度高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论临床护理干预用于脑梗死患者康复期护理,能缓解患者消极情绪,有更高的患者满意度。

Objective To investigate the clinical nursing methods and nursing effect of patients with cerebral infarction in rehabilitation period. Methods 46 cases of cerebral infarction patients were selected as the research objects, and randomly assigned to observation and control group. The control group received routine nursing care, and observation group received clinical nursing. After 2 months,the two groups of anxiety （SAS） score, nursing satisfaction, and depression （SDS） score were compared. ResultsThe SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than the control group, the nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Clinical nursing intervention for patients with cerebral infarction rehabilitation period nursing, can alleviate the negative emotions of patients, and there is a higher degree of patient satisfaction.
