手术室细节护理管理预防腹部手术切口感染的效果分析

The Effect of Operating Room Details Nursing Management in Prevention of Abdominal Incision Infection

目的 总结分析手术室细节护理管理预防腹部手术切口感染的临床应用效果。方法 在2015年8月~2016年6月期间,随机选取我院接收的90例腹部手术患者,随机分为观察组（45例）和对照组（45例）,对照组在手术室管理中采用常规的护理管理,观察组采用手术室细节护理管理,比较分析两组患者的手术切口感染率。结果 观察组切口感染率低于对照组,具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 对于腹部手术患者在手术室管理中采用细节护理管理能够明显降低手术切口感染发生率,对手术切口感染有较好的预防作用,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To summarize detail analysis of the operating room nursing management to prevent abdominal incision infection in clinical application effect. Methods During August 2015 to June 2016, our hospital were randomly selected to receive the 90 patients with abdominal surgery, and were randomly divided into observation group （45 cases） and control group （45 cases） , and control group using conventional nursing management in operating room management, the observation group USES the operating room nursing management details. The surgical incision infection rate of two groups was compared.Results The observation group of incision infection rate was lower than the control group （P〈0.05）, with statistical signiifcance.Conclusion For abdominal surgery patients with details of nursing management in operating room management can signiifcantly reduce the incidence of incision infection, better prevention of incision infection, worthy of clinical popularization and application.
