摘要
目的 探讨分析金黄散外敷预防PICC置管术后静脉炎的护理效果。方法 选取2013年1月~2016年1月期间在我院行PICC置管术的68例患者作为观察对象。将其随机分为两组,观察组34例,对照组34例。对照组使用常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上,给予金黄散外敷,对比两组患者静脉炎发生的概率。结果 观察组患者在护理后静脉炎发生率为11.76%低于对照组32.35%（P〈0.05）。结论 在常规护理的基础上,采用金黄散外敷预防PICC置管术后静脉炎的护理效果显著,安全性较高。
Objective To analyze nursing effect of Jinhuang powder PICC prevention of phlebitis after operation.MethodsIn January 2013 - January 2016 period, 68 patients in our hospital with PICC catheter were selected as observed objects. All cases were divided into two groups randomly, each of 34 cases. The control group received conventional care, and the observation group received Jinhuang powder, based conventional care. Incidence of phlebitis in two groups was compared.Results The patients in the treatment of phlebitis was 11.76%, which was lower than the control group（32.35%） （P〈0.05）.Conclusion On the basis of routine nursing, the nursing effect of Jinhuang powder PICC prevention of phlebitis tube significantly after surgery, with high security.
