ICU机械通气患者实施综合性护理干预效果研究

Study on the Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention for Patients with Mechanical Ventilation in ICU

目的 深入探讨将综合性护理干预作用于ICU机械通气患者护理中的有效性。方法 以我院2014年11月~2015年8月期收治的40例ICU患者为研究对象,随机将40例患者分为观察组和对照组,每组各20例;对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施综合性护理干预。结果 两组患者在不良反应发生率比较,观察组显著占优（P〈0.05）。结论 将综合性护理干预作用于ICU机械通气患者效果显著。

Objective To investigate the comprehensive nursing interventionin patients with mechanical ventilation in ICU nursing. Methods 40 cases in our hospital ICU from November 2014 to August 2015 were selected as the objects of study, 40 patients were randomly points into observation group and control group, 20 cases in each. Patients in control group received routine nursing care, and observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention.Results Comparison of incidence of adverse reactions in two groups, observation group was lower （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention in ICU patients with mechanical ventilation effect is remarkable.
