探讨神经内科护理指引体系在神经内科中的应用

Application of Nursing Guidance Dystem in the Neural Department of Internal Medicine

目的 研究分析神经内科使用护理指引体系的价值。方法 根据2012年1月~2013年1月我院的103例神经内科患者来进行研究分析,将这些患者分组为对照组和观察组,观察组52例患者接受神经内科护理指引体系,对照组51例接受常规护理,对两组的临床护理情况进行比较分析。结果 对照组患者共有32例护理质量优秀病例,占该组的62.75%,有15例护理质量一般病例,占该组的29.41%,4例较差,占该组的7.84%,患者满意度是86.27%;观察组优秀病例43例,比例是82.69%,8例一般,比例是15.38%,1例较差,比例是1.92%,满意度是100%,两组的结果比较存在统计学差异性（P〈0.05）。结论 神经内科护理指引体系对护理具有质量提升效果,能够让患者获得高质量和高满意度的护理服务,临床中意义重大。

Objective To study the value of using nursing guidance system in the Department of internal medicine.Methods According to our hospital in January 2012 to January 2013 of 103 cases of neurological patients were selected to research and analysis. These patients were grouped into control group and observation group and observation group （52 cases） patients receiving neurology care guidelines system, in the control group （51 cases） received conventional nursing, and clinical nursing of two groups were compared and analyzed.ResultsPatients in the control group had total 32 cases of nursing quality excellent, accounting for 62.75%, 15 cases of nursing quality in general, accounting for 29.41%, and 4 cases were poor, accounting for 7.84% of the group, and patient satisfaction was 86.27%; Observation group 43 cases were excellent, the ratio was 82.69%, 8 cases were general, the ratio was 15.38%, and 1 case was poor, the proportion was 1.92%, and satisfaction was 100%. The results of two groups showed significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The neural Department of internal medicine nursing guide system has the effect of improving the quality of nursing, and can make patients get high quality and high satisfaction of nursing services, with clinical signiifcance.
