摘要
目的探讨在急诊护理中,人性化护理的应用效果。方法选择一个科室的14名护理人员进行人性化的护理培养,然后对急诊患者进行急诊人性化护理。结果调查组的人性化护理明显比对照组的日常化护理的护理质量要提升很多。结论人性化护理应用以后有效的提升了患者的治疗成功率,为急诊科室的治疗减少了压力。
Objective To discuss the application effect of humanized nursing in emergency nursing.Methods A section of 14 nursing staff were selected to carry out the cultivation of humanity, then emergency patients in emergency department received nursing care.Results Nursing quality of the investigation group improved compared with control group.Conclusion The application of humanized nursing will effectively enhance the treatment success rate, and reduce the pressure for the treatment of emergency department.
