摘要 目的 探讨分析经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(PICC)与经锁骨下中心静脉置管(CVC)在自体造血干细胞移植患者中临床应用。方法 选取2013年4月~2016年6月入住层流病房行自体造血干细胞移植患者20例为研究对象,将13例B超引导下经外周静脉穿刺中心静脉置管设为PICC组,7例经锁骨下静脉穿刺中心静脉置管设为CVC组。对比一次置管成功率、并发症发生率、患者满意度等。结果 PICC置管组一次插管成功率为100%,CVC置管组为71.4%(P〈0.05);PICC组患者满意度100%,CVC组57.1%,PICC组高于CVC组。结论 PICC组较CVC组一次置管成功率高,并发症发生率低,患者满意度高,导管流速不同对造血重建无影响。 Objective To discuss clinical efifcacy of PICC and CVC in the clinical application of autologous stem cell transplant patients.Methods20 patients from April 2013 to June 2016 with autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation in laminar flow ward were selected for the study. 13 cases were guided by B ultrasound guided by peripheral venous puncture central venous catheter was set as PICC group, and 7 cases of clavicle vein puncture central venous catheter was set as CVC group. Catheterization success rate, complication rates, and patient satisfaction of two groups were compared.ResultsSuccess rate of one time intubation of PICC group was 100%, CVC group was 71.4% (P〈0.05); Satisfaction degree of PICC group was 100 %, CVC group was 57.1%. ConclusionCompared with CVC, success rate of one time intubation of PICC is higher, complication rate is lower, satisfactory degree is higher. There is no effect of lfow velocity on hematopoietic reconstitution.
