摘要
目的 探究提高内镜就诊患者满意度对策。方法 对我院2014年12月~2015年6月间接收的2 150例内镜就诊患者进行调查。结果 改善后进行内镜治疗的患者满意度明显高于改善前,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论 在进行内镜治疗的过程中,我们要规范治疗的基本流程,同时对患者进行心理上的引导和疏通,提高对于内镜就诊的满意度。
Objective To explore endoscopic treatment to improve patient satisfaction countermeasures.Methods 2 150 cases of endoscopic treatment of patients in our hospital from December 2014 to June 2015 received the investigation.Results Former patient satisfaction improved after endoscopic treatment was signiifcantly higher than improved before, there were signiifcant differences between the two groups, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05).Conclusion During the course of endoscopic therapy, we have to regulate the basic processes of treatment, while patients with psychological guidance and clear, improve the endoscopic treatment satisfaction.
