医事法学选修课整合构建研究

Research on integrated construction of medical jurisprudence selective course

医事法学是医学与法学的交叉融合。但由于目前医事法学培养目标、学制、学位授予等不一致直接导致课程设置、教学方法不一致。本文主要从医事法学教育现状出发,以期通过课程开发和实施,从培养目标、教学内容体系、教学手段和方法、考核四大方面探讨医事法学校际选修课整合构建。

Medical jurisprudence is a specialty combining medical sciences with law. To improve students~ com- prehensive ability, many colleges arrange medical jurisprudence electives course. However, inconformity of train target ,educational system and degree awarding result in variety of specialty curriculum, teaching method and so forth. It limits the specialty development consequentially. Based on analyzing present situation, and by curriculum development and educational practice, the paper expects to research on integrated construction of medical jurispru- dence selective course from the way of train target, content system, teaching methods and assessments.
