医疗质量与安全风险管理主要统计指标的对比与分析

The comparison and analysis of the main statistical indexes of medical quality and safety risk management

通过检索Elsevier(SDOS)、Springer Link、EBSCOhost、Wiley Blackwell、Taylor&Francis(CRC)、Elsevier ScienceDirect等数据库,收集2005年至2014年,国内外公开发表关于评价医疗质量与安全风险管理效果,同时涉及医患纠纷预防与处置相关Meta分析报告的随机对照研究文献材料(RCT),并从组织的管理能力、人员资格及能力、医疗场所安全风险管理、医疗服务过程安全风险管理以及持续改进的方法等五个方面,对医疗质量与安全风险管理的效果及医疗不良安全事件的发生情况进行综合评价,探讨管理前后平均投诉发生率、平均满意度、平均赔偿率的变化情况,对医患纠纷的预防与处置具有理论和实践意义。

By searching for Elsevier（SDOS）, Springer Link, EBSCOhost, Wiley Blackwell, Taylor＆Francis （CRC）, Elsevier ScienceDirect database, this paper collected RCT papers both in China and abroad from 2005 to 2014 about the effect of risk management and safety evaluation of medical quality, and related to prevention and dis- posal of medical disputes at the same time. From five aspects of organization management, personnel qualification and ability, medical workplace safety risk management, medical service process safety risk management and continu- ous improvement methods, this paper conducted a comprehensive evaluation of medical quality and safety risk man- agement and medical safety adverse effect, explored the before and after difference of the average incidence of com- plaints, the average rate of satisfaction, the average compensation, which has theoretical and practical significance to prevent and treat medical disputes.
