摘要
对车间正常生产情况下的软钾尾矿筛析发现,软钾尾矿中K^+、SO_4^(2-)主要集中在0.1 mm以下的细颗粒中,0.1 mm以下尾矿占17.42%,钾品位7.59%,酸根品位17.80%;钾含量占总量的29.53%,具有回收利用价值。研究表明,利用分级筛分的方式富集-0.1 mm以下的软钾尾矿,经转化—浮选得到符合车间控制指标的软钾精矿,变废为宝,提高了系统收率。
After sieve analysising the picromerite tailings which under the condition of normal productionfound that in picromerite railings,the K ^+ , SO4^2- mainly concentrated in the fine particles below 0.1 mm, the tailings that below 0.1 mm accounted for 17.42%, grade potassium 7.59%, radical grade 17.80% ; total potassium content of 29.53%, with the value of recycling. This study showed that using the graded sieving enrich picromerite tailings that higher than the 160mesh, the transformation of flotation are consistent with shop floor control index of potash concentrate, turning waste into treasure, and improve the system yield.
