活性染料、还原染料在真丝绸可用染料中具有极佳的牢度性能。通过实验研究筛选出一组易拔的活性染料(如乙烯砜型)作地色;耐拔的活性染料、还原染料或涂料作花色;配以合适的拔染剂和糊料;研究一套合适的工艺流程和工艺条件,以保证最终产品具有较高的色牢度和织物强度保留率。

Through the experiment research on a set of easy to pull out of reactive dyes to color type （ such as vinyl sulfone）, resistance of reactive dyes and VAT dye or paint was for color with proper discharge paste and paste. Study a set of suitable technological process and technological condition, which ensured that the final product had high color fastness and fabric strength retention rate.
