摘要
文章研究了一种工业盐中铵的测定方法。该方法通过蒸馏操作,使铵与盐基体分离,从而排除了盐基体对纳氏试剂分光光度法测定铵的干扰。此方法对工业盐中铵(以NH+4计)的检出限为0.3 mg/kg,且在测定体系中,铵含量为0.025 mg^0.5 mg之间时具有良好的线性关系,线性相关系数为0.999 8,定量检出限为1.0 mg/kg。该方法的标准添加回收率在103%~108%之间,重复性精密度小于8%。
The determination of ammonium in industrial salt is presented. By distillation, ammonium and salt matrix can be separated so that the determination of ammonium by nessler reagent spectrophotometer can be done without interference of salt matrix. The detection limit of this method for ammonium in industrial salt is low to 0. 3 mg/kg. Moreover, the method gave a very good linear relationship when the amount of ammonium is between 0.025 mg to 0.5 mg, which correlation coefficient is O. 999 8. The quantization limit of ammonium in industrial is 1.0 mg/kg. The standard addition recovery rate is between 103% to 108%, which repeatability precision is less than 8%.
