摘要
文章结合相图原理和察尔汗盐湖兑卤法生产氯化钾的实际,分析和探讨了盐析法工艺原理以及不同原料比例对氯化钾回收率的影响,最终确定最佳比例,提高氯化钾回收率。还讨论了实际生产中存在还需改进的问题。
In combination with the principle of phase diagram and the actual situation of Cha- erhan salt lake brine mixing method in the production of potassium chloride, the salting out process principle was analyzed and discussed, as well as the proportion of different material of potassium chloride recovery rate. It ultimately determined the optimal ratio and improved the recovery rate of potassium chloride. The problems in practical production are also discussed.
