摘要
目的:考察不同纯化方法对丹参水提液中丹酚酸B含量的影响,以优选出丹参水提取液的最佳纯化方法。方法:以丹酚酸B含量和浸膏得率为考察指标,对乙醇沉淀法、高速离心法和大孔树脂吸附法3种纯化方法进行了比较。结果:大孔树脂吸附法处理后所得到的丹酚酸B的含量最高,浸膏得率最低;乙醇沉淀法处理后丹酚酸B的含量最低,浸膏得率居中;高速离心法处理后丹酚酸B的含量居中,但浸膏得率最高。结论:大孔树脂吸附法为丹参水提液的最佳纯化方法。
Objective:To explore the best purification method by observing effects of different purification ways on the extractive rate of salvianolic acid B in Salvia Miltiorrhiza Bge water-extraction.Methods:Salvianolic acid B content and dry extract yield rate were used as indexes for assessing the best purification method among ethanol precipitation,high speed centrifugation and macroporous resin absorption.Results:Among all three methods,salvianolic acid B content by macroporous absorption resin was the highest,with dry extract yield rate being the lowest;salvianolic acid B content by ethanol precipitation was the lowest,with dry extract yield rate being the medium level;and salvianolic acid B content by high speed centrifugation was at the medium level, with dry extract yield rate being the highest.Conclusion:Water extraction of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge by macroporous absorption resin is considered as the best purification method.
