大型低压热压配合转子技术是低参数大型化核电汽轮机开发的技术关键之一。本文着重介绍了西门子结构核电低压转子的轮盘热压配合技术的过程。文章从设备,工艺,质量控制等几个方面介绍了热压配合的一些技术参数和控制要求,目的是保证工艺的的安全可靠。

The techniques of turbine rotor,type L shrunk is one of critical points for low parameter of turbine DR.An introduction is being presented to the process that Siemens＇ techniques of disk and coupling shrinking for nuclear low pressure rotor.This article introduces some technical data and requirement from equipment,process and QC etc.in order to assure security of shrinking process.
