摘要
本文通过以企业面临本地化多项目转移时的资源限制为前提,在项目选择、项目计划、项目执行及项目协调等各种风险管理中着重对项目选择进行分析,结合企业的外部风险和内部风险,提出有效识别和管理风险的方法,并提出权重评分标准作为企业选择的参考。
Based on the limited resource during company multiple projects localization,this thesis will analysis the projects selection combined with company outer and inter risks,summary the effective method for risk management,and finally use the weight score standard as a guide for company's reference.
