农产品跨境电子商务平台建设为黑龙江省的农产品跨境贸易提供了新模式与新机遇。笔者从相关专业人才稀缺、农产品电商基础设施建设薄弱、贸易主体电子商务意识淡薄、农产品标准化程度偏低等角度阐述了黑龙江省农产品跨境电子商务平台建设过程中的短板问题,提出了农产品跨境电子商务发展现实的对策:加强电商双语人才的培养,加快电商网络基础设施建设,开阔农民眼界、提升观念意识,政策创新促进跨境电商发展,完善农产品标准化体系建设等。
