摘要
离合器位移控制是AMT(机械式自动变速箱,automatic manual transmission)控制的重点和难点。离合器负载特性具有严重非线性,离合器执行器系统内部存在摩擦阻力增加离合器系统的滞环误差,加上商用车通常采用气体作为AMT执行器的驱动源,而气体具有相当的可压缩性,这些都给离合器位移精确控制增添了难度。本文以某六档AMT的离合器系统为研究对象,对离合器分离接合特性进行分析,提出了一种离合器位移PID补偿控制算法,并借助台架测试及试验样车测试进行了验证。试验表明该补偿控制算法能提高离合器控制精度,具有良好的鲁棒性。
Clutch position control is the difficult and key point of AMT ( automatic manual transmission ) control strategy. The clutch operating load is nonlinear, the friction of the components of operating system lead to hysteresis loop , and the commercial vehicle always use the compressed gas as driver source , but the gas is compressibility, all of these cause more trouble of clutch control. The paper studies the clutch system in a six gear truck and analysis of the disengage and engage characteristics , then presents PID compensation control strategy and have test in a clutch bench and test truck .test results show that the compensation control strategy can improves the control accuracy of the clutch position and have good robustness.
