摘要 本文针对某重型牵引车平顺性进行分析,找出存在的问题。基于ADAMS/VIEW建立重型牵引车多体动力学模型,采用OPTIMUS对底盘悬架刚度和减振器特性曲线以及驾驶室悬置刚度和减振器特性曲线进行优化设计,改善该车平顺性。优化方案通过试验验证,整车平顺性改善效果明显。 A analysis has been researched in order to improve the tractor's ride comfort. The virtual prototype model of the tractor is established based on the analysis software of ADAMS/View.The system working flow, design of experiment (DOE) is built up on OPTIMUS.For the abnormal vibration of the tractor. It optimizes the damping of shock absorber and the stiffness of cab mount and suspension system. At last ,the Optimization result verified on a test vehicle is remarkable.
