中西医结合疗法及综合护理治疗斑秃疗效观察

The curative effect observation of treating alopecia areata with Chinese traditional and western medicine and comprehensive nursing care

目的观察中西医结合方法及综合护理措施治疗斑秃的临床疗效。方法 2011年6月—2014年6月我科门诊诊治的120例斑秃患者随机分为两组,每组各60例。对照组给予外用卤米松乳膏、米诺地尔酊及PUVA光疗;试验组采用中西医结合治疗,在对照组基础上加用活力苏口服液、复方甘草酸苷片、中医针刺,并配合一系列综合护理措施。两组治疗周期均为12周。疗程结束后,分别计算斑秃恢复评分和治愈率。结果对照组治愈率为83.3%,试验组治愈率为95.0%,试验组治愈率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组在第2周时评分已显著低于治疗前(P<0.05),而对照组在第8周评分才显著低于治疗前(P<0.05),且在第8周和第12周时,试验组评分也显著低于同期的对照组患者(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论中西医结合加综合护理对斑秃疗效更佳,且不良反应更低,患者的生活质量提高。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of treating alopecia areata with Chinese traditional and western medicine and comprehensive nursing care. Methods Total 120 alopecia areata outpatients visited our department from June 2011 to June 2014 were randomly divided into two groups, 60 patients in each group. Group A was the control group, which was given external halometasone cream, minoxidil tincture and PUVA phototherapy; Group B was the treatment group, which was treated with combination therapy of traditional Chinese and western medicine, in addition to all the therapeutic methods of Group A, the Group B was also given Huo Lisu oral liquid, compound glycyrrhizin tablets, Chinese medicine acupuncture and coordination with a series of comprehensive nursing measures. The course of the treatment of the two groups lasted for 12 weeks, and the alopecia areata recovery scores and the cure rate were calculated respectively. Results The cure rate of Group A was 83.3%, the Group B was 95.0%, the cure rate of Group B was significantly higher than that of the control Group A（P〈0.05）. At the second week, alopecia areata scores of treatment group was significantly lower than that of before treatment, and at the eighth week and the twelfth week, alopecia areata scores of treatment group was also significantly lower than that of control group at the same point in time（P〈0.05, P〈0.01）. Conclusion The curative effect of traditional Chinese and western medicine and comprehensive nursing care for alopecia areata is better than that of control group, and the adverse reaction is fewer, life quality of patients is higher.
