基底细胞样毛囊错构瘤一例
A case of basaloid follicular hamartoma
摘要
临床资料患者,女,51岁。主因右面部丘疹渐增大2年,于2015年9月16日就诊。患者于2013年夏季发现右侧面部出现一粟粒大小黑色丘疹,表面光滑,无明显自觉症状;皮损缓慢增大,中央呈淡黑色,边缘近肤色,无痒痛及破溃。患者否认有局部外伤史及特殊外用药史,家族中无类似疾病患者。体格检查：全身系统检查无明显异常。皮肤科情况：右侧面部可见一直径约1 cm的肤色斑块,
