摘要
放眼全球,集成电路制造工艺的升级速度却依然未减,新材料、新器件、新工艺的产业化进程尚未真正来临。"十三五"期间,在坚持以FinFET为代表的先进工艺技术升级的同时,还需积极拓展新兴应用市场,以实现我国集成电路产业的做大做强。
Wafer fabrication of integrated circuit is still upgrading quickly, the industrialization of new materials, new devices, new technology has not really arrived. During China＇s 13th Five-Year Plan period, in order to achive the goal of strengthening IC industry, it is necessary to attach importance to both advanced and special technologies.
