摘要 IDC流量计费是为了适应IDC业务飞速发展而推出的一种基于流量采集的带宽租用费率体系,采用SNMP协议作为底层采集手段,通过JROBIN和TTServer实现业务逻辑。电信运营商推出平均流量计费和峰值流量计费两大类计费模式,有效地满足了用户需求,并为未来IDC流量计费的发展奠定了基础。 The IDC traffic billing system is a bandwidth leasing rate system which is based on traffic acquisition in order to adapt to the rapidly development of the IDC services. The billing system, using SNMP protocol as the underlying acquisition method, implements the business logic through JROBIN and TTServer. Telecom operators launched two pricing models, respectively based on average flow rate and peak flow rate, which can effectively meet the demand of users and laid a solid foundation for the future development.
