通过分析政策环境,介绍国内各大城市"互联网+政务服务"的发展现状,从服务资源、服务方式、服务内容、服务目的等四个方面浅析互联网为政务服务带来的重大转变。概括"互联网+政务服务"未来发展方向,即服务资源云化、服务渠道多元且一体化、服务内容规范化、服务方向主动化。最后,提出"互联网+政务服务"的基本框架。

This paper introduces the policy environmentand the status of ＂Internet plus administrativeservice＂ in domestic cities, and analyzes the major changes brought by Internetplusfrom four aspects, i.e. service resources, service model, service content, and service target. Then it discusses the future development trends of ＂Internet plus administrative service＂, that is, service resources on cloud, service channels intensified, service contents standardized, and more initiativeservices. Finally, it puts forward the basic framework of ＂Internet plus government service＂.
