In the era of internet＋, communication fraud is rapidly merging with internet, and implies the new character of interact＋fraud, which leads to easier infiltration into every aspect of people＇s daily life and severe challenge to comprehensive governing. Based on in-depth analysis of causes of communication fraud, the authors advance basic guidelines and strategies of governing telecom fraud in the era of internet＋： accelerating lawmaking dealing with communication fraud, implementing identity identifying in the virtual world, instant analyzing and monitoring communication fraud activities based on big data, forming coordinated mechanism in fighting communication fraud actions, and publicizing typical cases and models of communication fraud.
