生猪小规模养殖成本控制研究——基于黑龙江省2004—2013年生猪小规模养殖成本变动的实证分析

改革开放以来,生猪养殖已经由散养为主的养殖方式向规模化、集约化养殖方式转变,小规模生猪养殖户逐渐成为造成黑龙江省生猪产业链不稳定及猪肉价格超常波动的重要主体。笔者通过对2004—2013年黑龙江省生猪小规模养殖成本变动情况进行分析,挖掘影响生猪小规模养殖成本的主要因素,最后从加快新品种繁育、拓宽饲料来源、加强现代畜牧科技应用、创新生产组织形式、建立风险防范机制五个方面提出降低生猪小规模养殖成本的对策建议。
