大同市城乡居民畜产品消费问题研究

Study on the consumption problem of urban and rural residents for livestock products in Datong city

畜产品的消费情况直接折射出居民的生活质量,也间接反映居民的收入水平。优化畜产品消费结构,促进畜产品合理消费不仅有利于改善人们生活质量,而且对于促进畜牧业产业结构合理布局有着重要的指导意义。笔者以大同市居民畜产品消费为研究对象,通过分析1990—2012年相关数据,客观地总结了大同市20多年来居民畜产品消费变化及特征,同时深入探讨了大同市居民畜产品消费的主要问题并提出相应对策。

The consumption of livestock products directly refracts the life quality of residents, and also indirectly reflects the income level of resi- dents. It is not only beneficial to improve the quality of peopleg lives, but also has an important guiding significance for promoting reasonable layout of industrial structure of animal husbandry optimizing the consumption structure of livestock products and promoting the rational consump- tion of livestock products. The author takes the consumption of livestock products by Datong city residents as the research object, and objective- ly summarizes the changes and characteristics in the consumption of livestock prnducts by Datong city residents more than 20 years through analyzing the relevant data from 1990 to 2012. Meanwhile, the author discusses the main problem in the consumption of livestock products by Datong city residents and puts forward the corresponding counteruleasures.
