衡水老白干酒指纹图谱的单向多元方差分析

One-way multivariate analysis of variance on Hengshui Laobaigan Baijiu fingerprint

采用HS-SPME-GC-MS联用的方法对衡水老白干酒的8个品种155个样品进行了指纹图谱研究,数据采用单向多元方差分析的方法进行处理。结果表明,建立了8个品种的共有指纹图谱,不同品种之间可以很好的区分,同一酒精度的不同品种也能够得到很好区分。实验结果能够对打击高仿假酒提供科学依据。

Fingerprints of 155 samples of eight types of Hengshui Laobaigan Baijiu were studied by HS-SPME-GC-MS, and then datas were treated with one-way multivariate variance analysis method. The results showed that a common fingerprint was established on eight types of the Baijiu, different types of the Baijiu can be distinguished well; and different types of the Baijiu with same alcohol content can also be distinguished well. The experimental results can provide a scientific basis against fake Hengshui Laobaigan Baijiu.
