摘要
立足于学生的差异,研究并总结了优化区域初中化学实验教学的4个策略:“能级”分层、因材施教;动态“走班”、优化合作;自主选题、满足个性;多元评价、促进发展,且在此基础上产生2点实践思考。
Based on the differences among students, this paper studied and summarized 4 strategies to optimize the teaching of junior high school chemistry experiment: layered ability lev- el, taught students in accordance with their aptitude; dynamic class-selection, optimized coopera- tion; independent selection to meet individual~ multiple evaluations to promote development. Then two reflections on practice were got.
