摘要
空白试验证明,用浓度大于1mol/L的盐酸溶液做Fe3+的提取液,或用过浓盐酸溶液酸化试液,盐酸中的Fe3+都会给检验试液中的Fe3+带来干扰;检验食品中的铁元素时,若铁是以Fe抖形式存在,如果加入硝酸将其氧化为Fe3+,硝酸中Fe3+会对检验试液中的Fe3+带来干扰。
Blank test proved that concentration greater than 1 mol/L HC1 solution as extrac- tion liquid of Fe3+ , or concentrated hydrochloric acid solution as acidified solution, the Fe3+ in hy- drochloric acid would bring interference to test Fe3+in the test solution. When checking the iron element in food, if the iron was in the form of Fe2+, if adding hydrogen nitrate to oxidize Fe2+ to Fe3+ , Fe3+ in hydrogen nitrate would bring interference to test Fe3+ in the test solution.
