基于通径原理对普通混凝土碳化性能影响指标分析

摘要 采用统计学方法,分析影响混凝土的主要因素(水灰比、水泥用量、抗压强度、砂率以及外界的温湿度),温湿度对混凝土碳化现象敏感度虽高,但存在不确定性。因此提出了采用通径原理对影响普通混凝土碳化能力的四个指标(水灰比、水泥用量、砂率以及抗压强度)进行量化分析,根据普通混凝土快速碳化试验获取相关数据。分析结果表明,四个指标对普通混凝土碳化性能的影响能力为:水灰比>水泥用量>抗压强度>砂率。同时说明运用通径分析混凝土碳化性能的可行性,给出了探究反应混凝土碳化性能指标的一种新的途径。 By statistical methods, main factors of concrete ( water-cement ratio, cement content, compressive strength, sand ratio, and temperature and humidity) were studied. It was found that temperature and humidity on concrete carbonization sensitivity is high with uncertainty. This paper presents analysis of four indicators that reflect normal concrete performances (water-cement ratio, cement, sand ratio, and compressive strength) by using the path analysis. The relevant data based on the design of ordinary concrete carbonation was accessed. Results showed that these four indicators have influences on carbonation properties of ordinary concrete with the priority of: water-cement ratio, cement content, compressive strength, and sand ratio. The path analysis provides a new way to explore the indicators of concrete carbonation.
