摘要
利用光学显微镜、光谱分析仪、力学万能试验机和半自动冲击试验机研究了悬索桥索夹常用材料ZG20Mn在不同热处理方式下的显微组织、常温力学性能和抗低温冲击性能。研究结果表明:经调质处理的ZG20Mn不仅可以提高索夹的常温综合力学性能,还可明显改善索夹的抗低温冲击韧性,为在不同环境温度条件下选择合理的热处理工艺方案提供了设计参考依据。
By adopting the optical microscopes,the optical spectrum analyzer,the universal mechanical property testing machine and the semi-automatic impact testing machine,the microstructure,the mechanical properties at room temperature and the low-temperature resistance impact property of ZG20 Mn used for cable clamp of suspension bridge with different heat treatment processes have been studied. The results show that after quenching and tempering process,not only the comprehensive mechanical properties of cable clamp can be improved,but also the low-temperature resistance impact toughness of cable clamp can be improved obviously,so as to provide the design reference data to choose the reasonable heat treatment process under different ambient temperatures.
