摘要 采用盲孔法测量汽轮机转子近表面的残余应力,并与切环法进行比较。结果表明:不同加工阶段,汽轮机转子表面的残余应力大小及分布是不同的;盲孔法更能真实地反映汽轮机转子近表面的残余应力状况;盲孔法测量残余应力,破坏性小,操作便捷,测量精度高。 The near-surface residual stress of steam turbine rotor has been measured by blind hole method and compared with the results of ring cutting method. The results show that the values and distribution of surface residual stress of steam turbine rotor are different with different process stages. Meanwhile,the tested results from the blind hole method can more really reflect the residual stress of rotors. The blind hole method can be used to measure the residual stress with small destructiveness,simple and convenient operation and high measuring accuracy.
