摘要
对宁夏英力特化工股份有限公司密闭式电石炉产生烟气的处理及内燃式电石炉热量的回收利用进行了研究;对利用密闭式电石炉烟气生产化工产品和提纯制取一氧化碳技术进行了分析对比;确定了制约电石企业生产发展的因素,为进一步技改明确了方向。
The treatment of flue gas generated in closed-type calcium carbide furnace, and the recovery and utilization of heat generated in internal-combustion-type calcium carbide furnace in Ningxia Yinglite Chemical Co. , Ltd. were studied. The technologies of utilizing the flue gas generated in closed- type calcium carbide furnace to produce chemical products and purifying the flue gas to produce carbon monoxide were analyzed and compared. The factors of restricting production and development of calcium carbide enterprises were determined. The direction of further technical improvement was defined.
