《公关员国家职业标准》优化思路与策略研究——借鉴TAFE公共关系职业标准设计理念

Optimization idea and strategies towards National Professional Standard of Public Relations——Referring to TAFE advanced diploma of public relations

随着公共关系职业环境的变化,现有《公关员国家职业标准》已不能满足当前社会对公共关系从业人员的职业需求。在此背景下,亟须优化和完善《公关员国家职业标准》,以推动我国公共关系职业健康发展。TAFE证书既是学历证书,又是职业资格证书,文章以TAFE《公共关系》证书为参照,通过分析其设计思路,汲取其设计理念,提出优化我国《公关员国家职业标准》的基本思路和策略。

As the change of environment of public relations, national professional standard of public rela- tions of edition 2004 is out of date, which can not satisfy the working requirement of public relations. Un- der this background, we have to strengthen the research of national professional standard of public rela- tions, which helps promote the development of China＇s public relations. Based on TAFE advanced diploma of public relations, this paper analyses its design concept, puts forward the optimization idea and strategies towards national professional standard of public relations.
