摘要
推力轴承作为汽轮机的关键部件,其作用在于固定转子与汽缸之间的轴向相对位置并承受剩余轴向推力。由于球面加工质量、现场装配误差和轴瓦套受力变形等原因,轴瓦体与轴瓦套球面常出现球面卡塞并使球面自位能力失效的问题。文章对某电厂600 MW火电机组推力轴承瓦温偏高的故障进行了详尽的分析,结果表明轴承球面自位能力失效是瓦温偏高的最终原因,并给出了处理及预防此类故障的措施和建议。
Thrust bearing is a key component of the steam turbine, it is used to fix the relative axial position between the rotor and cylinder, and bear the residual axial thrust. The bearing sleeve and spherical body are often jammed to make the bearing lose self-aligning ability due to the spherical surface machining quality, on-site assembly errors and force deformation of bearing sleeve, etc. In this paper, failure reasons of high temperature for the thrust bearing of a 600 MW thermal power unit are analyzed. The result shows that the failure of self-aligning ability is the ultimate caused the high temperature of the bearing, and it finally gives methods to treat and prevent such failures.
