摘要
文章简单地介绍了管壳式冷油器,指出铜管作为其换热管的缺陷,提出采用不锈钢管代替铜管的改造方案,同时开发了相应的改造工艺计算软件。通过详细论述和计算,证明了该改造方案的可靠性。
This paper introduces the shell and tube oil cooler, analyzes defieciencies of the brass as the heat transfer tube. proposes transformation scheme which the stainless steel tube insteads of the brass tube, and develops a targeted technology calculation software. Bv discussion and calculations, the reliability of the scheme is proved.
