摘要
使用Span-80、T-152、Span-80与改性磷脂、Span-80与T-152制备得到乳化基质和乳化炸药,通过储存时间和高低温循环法表征不同乳化基质和乳化炸药的稳定性,通过爆炸测试得到不同乳化炸药的爆速数据,研究了不同乳化剂对于乳化炸药稳定性和爆炸性能的影响。结果表明:复合乳化剂总是比单一乳化剂具有更好的乳化效果,复合乳化剂得到的乳化炸药稳定性和爆炸性能要明显高于单一乳化剂。
To manufacture emulsion matrix and emulsion explosive by Span-80, T-152, and modified phospholipids. The stability of emulsion matrix and emulsion explosive can be characterized with the circulation of high and low temperature, water bathing and conductance. The effect of different emulsifier on the stability and explosion performance of emulsion explosive through the explosion speeds from explosion texts. Results show that the stability and explosion performance of emulsion explosive manufactured by different emulsifiers are higher than emulsion explosive manufactured by one emulsifier.
