摘要
近年来肿瘤发病率逐年上升,死亡率居高不下。传统药物在杀伤肿瘤细胞的同时,对机体正常细胞也造成了一定程度的损伤。脂质体具有缓释性、靶向性、保护被包封药物等优点,被认为是一种有效治疗肿瘤的新型制剂。但脂质体存在靶向性不明显、稳定性较差等不足,限制了脂质体的应用前景。为解决上述问题,刺激响应型脂质体受到了广泛关注。文章简述了p H敏感型脂质体的基本原理,综述了近几年p H敏感型脂质体在肿瘤治疗中的应用,并对其发展前景进行了展望。
In recent years, the morbidity and death rate induced by tumors are rising year by year. The traditional medicines are able to kill tumor cell, but would also cause a certain degree of harm to the normal cells. Liposomes, which possess the advantages of sustained-release, target, protection of the encapsulated drugs, are regarded as an effective drug for cancer treatment. However, the target of liposomes is not obvious, and stability is usually unsatisfied, which restrict their potential application. Based on this, the stimulus responsive liposome got a lot of attention. In the paper, the fundamentals of pH-sensitive liposomes and their applications in cancer treatment were summarized, and then the development prospect was previewed.
