摘要
硅藻土以硅藻遗骸为主,具有质轻多孔、化学性质稳定和强吸附性等特性,被广泛应用于建材、催化剂载体和吸附剂等领域。我国硅藻土储量极为丰富,但高品位较少,开发环保、经济的提纯工艺已成为该领域的研究热点。从碱浸法、酸浸法和酸浸-煅烧法三个方面对目前硅藻土的化学提纯方法进行了归纳,并对现存工艺的不足做出总结,以期在具体工业生产中具有一定指导意义。
Diatomite is a type of sedimentary rock which composed of fossilized skeletons of diatoms with porous structure, stable chemical properties and strong adsorption abilities; it has been widely employed in variety of other application. Massive resources as it are in China, but the vast majority of raw diatomite is of low or moderate quality. Much attention has been focused on the raw diatomite purification process of low-cost, easy operation and environment friend. Three methods of diatomite purification are summarized in this paper, including alkali leaching method, acid leaching method and acid leaching-calcination method. Based on it, make a summary of the shortcomings of the existing technology, for the purpose of having definite guiding meaning in industrial production.
