摘要
以模拟含铬废水为研究对象,采用铁氧体共沉淀技术处理废水中的Cr(Ⅵ),确定了铁氧体法处理含铬废水的最佳工艺条件:Fe2+与Cr(Ⅵ)的摩尔比为12,p H为8.0,反应温度为60℃,反应时间为20 min;此时废水中Cr(Ⅵ)的去除率最高,达99%以上。向沉淀体系中加入一定量的H_2O_2,可提高废水的处理效率,有助于铁氧体沉淀的形成。
To simulate chromium containing wastewater as the research object, using ferrite co precipitation technology of Cr(VI) in the waste water treatment to determine the treatment of chromium containing wastewater, the best process conditions of ferrite method: the molar ratio of Fe^(2+) and Cr(VI) 12, p H 8.0, reaction temperature is 60 ℃, reaction time 20 min. At the same time, Cr(VI) in waste water removal rate is the highest, up to more than 99 %. Adding a certain amount of H_2O_2 into the precipitation system can improve the treatment efficiency of wastewater and contribute to the formation of ferrite precipitation.
