摘要
目前国内各炼厂对炼油装置的腐蚀监测方法不一,其中分析装置冷凝水中各种化学组分关系对于评估监测方法的有效性至关重要。文章通过分析冷凝水中的p H、铁离子、硫离子、氯离子和氨氮,分析了上述指标的变化情况,并重点考察了初馏塔冷凝水中各离子浓度之间的相关关系,间接推测塔顶冷凝部位的腐蚀状态。
There is no unified monitoring method on corrosion of refinery process units in China so far. Furthermore, analyzing different kinds of chemical components in the condensed water is a key aspect to evaluate the effectiveness of monitoring method. The study analyzes p H values, the concentrations of ferric ion, sulfide ion, and chloride ion and ammonia nitrogen in the condensed water as well as analyzes the evolution of the above indicators. The present study gives a particular analysis of the relationship between different kinds of ions of the condensed water in primary tower and indirectly assesses the corrosion of overhead condensate site.
