摘要
介绍了红外吸收法测定催化剂中碳硫的分析方法。采用同心管燃烧炉高温灼烧试样,利用红外池检测试样中的碳、硫含量,探讨了试样量、空白值、燃烧温度、分析时间等因素对分析方法的影响,建立了测定碳、硫含量的工作曲线,总结了仪器分析的常见故障情况及处理方法。本方法快速,简单,准确度高,精密度好,完全能够满足生产需求。
IR absorption is introduced for the determination of carbon and sulphur in catalyst. Using concentric tube furnace high temperature burning specimen, using the infrared detection of carbon and sulfur content in the sample pool, the sample size was discussed, the blank value, combustion temperature and the analysis of the effect of time on the analytical method, determination of carbon and sulfur content of the work curve is established, and sums up the common failure condition of instrument analysis and processing method. The method is rapid, simple, high accuracy and good precision, can fully meet the production requirements.
