超高效液相色谱法测定粒粒醒中西地那非的含量

UHPLC Determination of Sildenafil in Particle Wake of Levels

目的建立超高效液相色谱法测定中粒粒醒中西地那非含量分析方法。方法以西地那非为标准物质,C18(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm,SHIMADZU)为色谱柱,0.05 mo L/L磷酸三乙胺∶甲醇∶乙腈(55∶25∶20)为流动相,流速为1.0 m L/min,在290 nm波长处检测其含量。结果方法平均加标回收率为99.0%,RSD为0.62%。结论该方法操作简便,结果重现性好,准确快速,适用于粒粒醒中西地那非含量的测定。

Objective： Establish the ultra high performance liquid chromatography determination of sildenafil in Particle wake of content analysis method. Method： On the basis of five kinds of sildenafil substances, C18 column（SHIMADZU, 150 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm）as Separation column, 0.05 mo L/L triethylamine phosphate＋methanol＋acetonitrile（55∶25∶20） as mobile phase elution, UV detection, 290 nm, flow rate of 1.0 m L/min. Result： the recovery rate of sex hormones were measured were between 99.0 %, the relative standard deviation were 0.62 %. Conclusion： this method is simple, reproducible and accurate results, fast, suitable for the determination of the non Western wake particle content.
