摘要 目的研究使用电动牙刷刷牙对楔状缺损充填修复体的影响。方法选择符合条件的患者60例,分为电动牙刷组和传统牙刷组,每组30例,每位患者选择4颗符合条件的患牙为实验牙。所有患者实验开始前全口超声洁治,Dyract复合体充填治疗楔状缺损患牙。电动牙刷组使用声波震动型电动牙刷刷牙,传统牙刷组使用普通牙刷刷牙。坚持使用1年后复诊,观察并记录实验牙楔状缺损充填体情况。对两组结果进行对比分析。结果电动牙刷组与传统牙刷组修复成功率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对于楔状缺损充填修复后的患牙,使用电动牙刷刷牙与手动刷牙是同样安全的。 Objective To study the effect of electric toothbrush for the restoration of wedge-shaped defects. Methods 60 cases ofeligible patients were divided into electric toothbrush group and ordinary toothbrush group, with 30 cases in each group, and chose fourresemble teeth as experimental teeth. All the patients received complete ultrasonic cleaning before the experiment beginning. Their wedge-shaped defects were filled with Dyract complex. Patients in electric toothbrush group brushed teeth by electric toothbrush, and patients inordinary toothbrush group brushed teeth by manual toothbrush. All the patients returned visit after one year, and the condition of restorationwas observed and recorded. The results of two groups were compared and analyzed. Results No statistical difference was found in thesuccessful rate of restoration between the electric toothbrush group and ordinary toothbrush group (P〉0.05). Conclusions For the teeth afterthe restoration of wedge-shaped defects, using electric toothbrush is reliable as manual toothbrush.
